Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Beauty and skincare products must be unopened and sealed
• Sale items and digital products are final sale

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at support@shoptrenddora.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
