How To Use:
Shake well before using
Checking that the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton pad
Place moistened cotton on an eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds
Wipe gently, without rubbing. The product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard
