At TrendDora, we partner with trusted global suppliers and carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

US orders are fulfilled from our domestic locations and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the product.

International Shipping

We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx, depending on the destination.

Some products ship directly from our international supplier partners (including vendors based in Korea, Germany, France, the UK, and Australia). Delivery times for these items may vary slightly and will be noted on the product page.

Free Shipping

Select products and orders qualify for free worldwide shipping. Eligible items will display free shipping at checkout. Free shipping orders are fulfilled via standard carrier services and may take 10–21 business days for international destinations.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or via our Track Order page.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products from different suppliers or fulfillment locations, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Returns & International Return Shipping

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy page.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as TrendDora is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods. TrendDora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
